6525--SEP 2026 Equipment Only Consolidation
Solicitation # 36A79727Q0002
Solicitation 36A79727Q0002 is a HUBZone Small Business set-aside issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center for the September 2026 Equipment Only Consolidation. This procurement focuses on High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME), specifically targeting various imaging systems such as XR RAD, XR US, XR CT, and XR MRI for delivery to multiple VA VISN networks and stations. Competition is strictly limited to current contract holders with the VA National Acquisition Center or the Defense Logistics Agency, Troop Support. Offers are due by February 3, 2027, and must remain valid for 180 days. The government will award based on best value, where non-price factors—specifically the availability of required features and the availability of service—are considered significantly more important than price. Technical evaluations will assess how well equipment meets functional requirements and the vendor's ability to provide local and virtual technical support, repair parts, and documentation. Vendors must provide individual product pricing, as bottom-line prices will be rejected, and must treat upgrade requests as forklift upgrades with separate trade-in values. Submissions must be uploaded as a single ZIP file to Box, following strict naming conventions and folder structures, and must be accompanied by a timestamped email to the Contracting Officer. Required documentation includes a completed pre-procurement assessment questionnaire for network-connected devices. Additionally, the contract specifies that while applications training is awarded with equipment, off-site training is excluded from delivery orders and must be handled as separate modifications.

CLIN 0001: C.1 Confocal Research Microscope System Requirements: The Contractor shall provide a complete turnkey confocal research microscopy system providing high resolution noncontact three dimensional (3-D) surface profile information as well as optical imaging. The system, at a minimum, shall have the following characteristics: The microscopy shall be supplied minimally with a violet laser (approximately 400-410 nanometer (nm) wavelength) to achieve high vertical and lateral resolution The instrument shall be flexible and modular to accommodate other laser wavelengths in the range of approximately 500-800 nm. Additionally, measurement of a fluorescence signal concurrent with separate reflection measurements is an objective requirement. The Contractor shall provide hardware and/or software capable of sampling processing and storing 3-D profile and image information in industry standard formats such as comma separated values (.CSV), bitmap (.BMP), stereo lithography (.STL), etc. The system shall be capable of threshold-based analysis of particle objects, reporting morphological and densitometric data tables. RF Sensor Network Design & IntegrationThe contract involves the design and integration of a multi-domain RF sensor network specifically engineered to detect and characterize frequency-agile unmanned aerial systems. This effort requires advanced signal processing capabilities to identify, track, and classify UAS threats in complex electromagnetic environments, with an emphasis on real-time situational awareness and adaptive response. The solution must be scalable, ruggedized for field operations, and capable of seamless operation across multiple domains including ground, air, and potentially space-based platforms. Deployment planning is a critical component, ensuring the network can be rapidly installed and configured in diverse operational terrains with minimal logistical footprint. The system must interoperate with existing military command, control, communications, and intelligence systems to feed actionable data into broader defense architectures. Performance requirements include high sensitivity to low-power signals, resistance to jamming and spoofing, and the ability to function autonomously in contested or denied environments. The work is to be performed in West Fork, Arkansas, under a subcontract arrangement with the Department of Defense, leveraging NAICS code 334511 for electronic component and product manufacturing.
