Full Description

NOTICE: THIS IS SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION. It is the Government's intent to award a contract to the Canberra Industries, sole manufacturer of Canberra CryoPulse 5 Detector Chiller System. CPSG/ZIM has a requirement to evaluate the chiller to determine long term improvements to the GC90225 Detector/Chiller System. The CryoPulse 5 system is specifically designed by Canberra Industries as a replacement unit for the detector/chiller GC90225 that was originally installed in the first 28 deployed AGFU detectors. The Air Force does not possess enough data to compete this requirement. Canberra Industries is the only manufacturer who currently has a unit of this type available in the commercial market.
