66--High Voltage Power Supply System

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) High Voltage Supply Assembly (Positive Polarity Only) part number 130-314700 (Qty 1 ea); 2) Remote control of High Voltage Power Supply, part number 130-314700-#007 (Qty 1 ea); 3) X-Ray Controllers, part number 43120A (Qty 2 ea). This requirement is sole sourced to L-3 Services, Inc., 2700 Merced Street, San Leandro, CA 94577, due to unique capability; this system is directly compatible with all existing 150keV, 300keV, and 450 keV flash radiography machines at China Lake. All units must fit in existing flash radiography equipment racks. Any firms believing that they can provide the material listed above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
