THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement; unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. Combined Security Transition Command- Afghanistan requires the purchase of Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) program AKA (Crime scene investigation, forensic tools, for the Afghan national DOMEX training academy in Bagram, Afghanistan. The CENTCOM Contracting Command - Reachback (C3R) intends to make an award to Leeds Forensic Systems, Inc. 17300 Medina Road, Suite 600, Minneapolis, MN 55447. Interested parties may email contact@example.gov no later than 30 Dec 2011, 10 a.m. CST. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to 30 Dec 2011, 10 a.m. CST. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received is considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
