The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 16 Network Contracting Activity, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Binding Site, Inc.., 5889 Oberlin Drive, Ste. 101, San Diego, CA 92121for reagents and supplies that are instrument specific for the free light chain reagents to be utilized with the Siemens Dade Behring BNII Nephelometry instrument. This requirement is for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare (CAVHS), 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. NAICS 325413 applies. The proposed contract is for reagents and supplies that are instrument specific for the free light chain reagents to be utilized with the Siemens Dade Behring BNII Nephelometry instrument which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
