U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of ten (10) each Sono-Tek Ultrasonic Atomizing Nozzles, 8700-60, flat tip, nozzle # Q060-2-26-17-350-086 with mounting holes, p/n: 06-04044MT; one (1) each Sono-Tek Ultrasonic Atomizing Nozzle, 8700-120, flat tip, nozzle # 0120-2-16-11-230-052 with mounting holes, p/n: 06-04022MT; eleven (11) each Sono-Tek Broadband Ultrasonic Generator, free standing unit, 110-240VAC, 75 Watts, p/n: 06-05108; and eleven (11) each Sono-Tek Generator to Nozzle cable, 24-feet long, p/n: 06-01089. Note: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sono-Tek, Corporation, 2012 Route 9W, Milton, NY., 12547. This is for the acquisition of Ultrasonic Atomizing Nozzles, Ultrasonic Generator and Generator to Nozzle cables. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304-( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and / or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and / or equipment will safisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
