Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Chillicothe VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, intends to negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price, 5-year option periods (Base plus 4 one year options) to one small business, Polymedco Cancer Diagnostics Products LLC., 510 Furnace Dock Road, Cortland Manor, NY 10567, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for this requirement.
