The contract mandates strict adherence to FDA, CAP, The Joint Commission, and CLSI standards for equipment performance, reagent quality, and procedural accuracy. All hardware must be new and fully operational, with no used or discontinued models permitted. The contractor must provide detailed operator and service manuals in CLSI format, ensure barcoded slide labeling compatible with 1D and 2D formats including Code 128, Code 39, 12 of 5, DataMatrix, and QR codes, and maintain full traceability of samples through the laboratory information system.
