This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Center For Countermeasures, White Sands Missile Range has a requirement for one infrared (IR) camera that is capable of meeting the following technical specifications: 1. 320x240 uncooled focal plane array 2. Automatic Image Calibration (AIC) 3. USB 2.0 High-Speed Serial Output 4. 0.08'C Sensitivity or better 5. Broadband (0.6'm-20'm) spectral response using a single camera unit 6. Real-time software availability 7. Interchangeable lens mount The successful offeror will provide an infrared (IR) camera that meets or exceeds the technical specifications identified herein and will be evaluated in the order of technically acceptable, lowest price. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 dated 17 August 2007. This requirement is a small business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333314 and the size stan dard is 500 employees. Proposals shall be FOB destination and inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Payment will be made by Visa credit card. Company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http:www.ccr.gov/) before an aw ard can be made. A firm fixed price contract award will be made to the technically acceptable, low price offeror that meets all listed specifications and can deliver all listed quatities.
