The contract provides for the procurement and application of agricultural chemicals, including fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, as well as weekly crop scouting and inspection services performed by a certified Pest Control Adviser (PCA) at the UNICOR Lompoc Farm in California. The scope of work emphasizes an Integrated Pest Management approach and requires the contractor to respond to urgent treatment needs within 48 hours of notification. The contract is structured as a firm-fixed-price agreement with economic price adjustments, featuring a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a guaranteed minimum value of 10,000 dollars.
