SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE-MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It seeks to gather information from companies who can purchase and deliver Unleaded Gasoline and/or Off-Road Diesel fuel in the Davis, WV area of the United States and who are classified as a Small Business under NAICS 424720 (100 or fewer employees). No solicitation is being issued at this time. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking information on industry capabilities and potential sources for providing this supply item. The Government intends to negotiate this requirement, and will be calling for offers, based on the responses obtained from this Notice. This Sources Sought is an expression of interest only and does not commit the Government to pay for any response preparation cost. The Government may use information obtained from this Notice as grounds for award. The expected volume of Off-Road Diesel fuel is approximately 800 gallons per year, and the expected volume of Unleaded Gasoline is 2,500 gallons per year. The on site storage tank capacity for Off-Road Diesel fuel is approximately 500 gallons and the on site storage tank for Unleaded Gasoline is approximately 1,000 gallons. The period of performance will be for one base year, with four option years attached. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price (Daily RAC Rate, with a Firm-Fixed Price fee above said daily rate). Interested firms shall be able to provide all labor (including line handlers), materials, equipment, supervision and management necessary for the purchase and delivery of the supply item. All interested offers shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). USFWS has a mandatory Electronic Invoice System, which must be utilized in order to receive payments issued under a USFWS contract.
