The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the 245-NETWORK Contract Office 5 in Linthicum, Maryland, is soliciting bids for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide bulk oxygen tank rental, fill, telemetry, and associated services at the VA Maryland Health Care System in Baltimore, Maryland. The contract encompasses a base period plus four optional one-year periods, totaling up to five years of performance, with an estimated monthly consumption of 163,777 cubic feet of medical-grade oxygen. Services include installation and maintenance of bulk oxygen storage and distribution systems, 24/7 emergency response, staff training, telemetry monitoring, and compliance with stringent regulatory standards including NFPA 55, NFPA 99, FDA CGMP (21 CFR Parts 210 and 211), U.S. Pharmacopeia, and OSHA requirements.
