The United States Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking to upgrade an unspecified distance range at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, with potential enhancements including moving target capability and improved computer tracking of individuals during training. The existing system adequately supports training but lacks effective tracking as individuals progress through the course of fire. Scheduled upgrades are planned for fiscal year 2003, focusing on implementing hard-wired computer tracking and increasing shooter throughput. To support this initiative, an Industry Day event will be held on August 26, 2002, at Parris Island, inviting civilian industry representatives to showcase their product offerings. The event aims to gather information to evaluate whether to pursue a competitive procurement through a future Request for Proposal. Participation costs are the responsibility of the vendors, and arrangements are in place should inclement weather or live fire demonstrations be required, with vendors needing to specify their needs in advance. Interested parties must express their intent to participate by August 22, 2002, by emailing the designated contacts and including any special requirements or concerns. This Industry Day is intended solely as an information-gathering step and is not a solicitation or request for proposals at this time.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
