NA The Directorate of Contracting Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, with Lab-Volt Systems, Inc., of F armingdale, NJ, for the purchase of Radar Training Devices, specifically: one each PN 8095-10, Analog Training System; one each PN 8095-20 Digital Radar (add-on to 8095-10); one each PN 8095-30, Radar Tracker Trainer (add-on to 8095-10); one each PN 8095-4 0, Radar Active Target Trainer (add-on to 8095-10); and one each PN 8095-60, Phased Array Antenna Trainer (add-on to 8095-10). Option amounts of two each apply to the 8095-40 and 8095-60. Standard commercial documentation and warranty applies to all items . Set-up and training is required only for the 8095-40 and 8095-60. Sole source determination is based upon compatibility and interchangeability with existing Lab-Volt equipment which is being used in the training facility at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Existing equipment must be augmented in order to provide an adequate training device-to-student ratio for current class sizes.
