SYNOPSITATION FOR CLASSROOM TEACHING AND RESEARCH ORIENTED RADAR SYSTEM FA8601-05-R-0061 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item to be procured for the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-05-R-0061 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. No hard copies will be sent. All documents must be downloaded from www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. This proposed acquisition is unrestricted, full and open. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04.
