The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is hosting an Electro-Optics Industry Conference on October 19-20, 2005, at the Clubs of Quantico. The event includes presentations by the Program Manager for Optics and Non-Lethal Systems and the Optical Systems Team Leader, who will discuss the Marine Corps' Optics Technology Roadmap and current and future programs. The conference features scheduled industry briefs and live-fire and field demonstrations focused on handheld, helmet-mounted, and small-arms optical systems designed for day, night, and reduced visibility conditions. The primary focus is on emerging technologies such as electronic image intensifiers, thermal imagers, digital sensor fusion, short wave infrared, real-time image processing, wireless image sharing, and miniature eye-piece displays. Companies are invited to present both current and future technology, with an emphasis on prototypes that address needs anticipated over the next ten years. Participants are allocated specific time blocks for their presentations and demonstrations and must submit attendee names, descriptions of products or technologies, and preferred briefing and demonstration times to the Contracting Officer by early October. Briefings are intended solely to clarify Marine Corps requirements related to ground-based, man-portable electro-optic target acquisition systems and exclude airborne or vehicle-mounted platforms. A Marine Corps panel consisting of representatives from various Marine Corps commands will be present to address requirement-related questions. The solicitation of information during this conference is strictly for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment by the government to purchase products or services.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
