SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BRAND NAME CBP MSC-LITE TECH REFRESH IN SUPPORT OF CBP DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA.

This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the attached solicitation titled “16 SIR_6973GH-26-R-00123_CBP MSC-LITE TECH REFRESH” with the pricing listed on page 3 of the solicitation which must be completed and included with the signed solicitation (SIR) for the response to considered complete, in addition to ALL highlighted areas within the solicitation.
Delivery Requirements: Expected delivery of all Section B items included in the Schedule is 120 calendar days After Receipt of Award.
The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. The items included in the solicitation are Brand Name Mandatory only and alternate or replacement parts will not be considered.
