Go to the website and then select Contract Solicitations and Audio Visual Systems Synopsis Sioux Falls - Amendment 1. This is Amendment 1 to Solicitation Number W912MM-08-T-0037 to Extend the Due Date and add Specify Ownership of Control System Software. You must print the amendment, complete blocks 8 and 15 and include a copy with your proposal. Due Date Extended to 7:00 AM, 26 August 2008 Ownership of the Crestron Control System (Or Equivalent) Software Added: The selected AV Contractor will provide the SDARNG-CIO with all Crestron VTPro Touchpanel (Or Equivalent) programs and Crestron SIMPL Control Processor (Or Equivalent) programs and user macros on completion of the system and at any time programming changes are made. This is to be provided as protection for the SDARNG-CIO in the event of the AV Contractors inability to service the system to the owners satisfaction. The purpose of the SDARNG-CIO maintaining control of any and all software written for this project is to allow future maintenance of the system as installed without re-writing the original applications. The SDARNG-CIO is not permitted to re-use any portion of the software written for expansions of this project or a different project without the written permission of the AV Contractor.
