Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to acquire Citrix Subscription Advantage renewal maintenance support. The requirement and ship to locations are identified in Attachment A to this notice. Delivery is required FOB Destination. Offerors shall complete columns M and N of Attachment A and return with their quote as instructed below. Solicitation N00104-09-Q-Q457 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a competitive brand name acquisition that is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 443120 with a size standard of $8M. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the most advantageous price to the Government. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-31 effective 19 Mar 2009 & Class Deviation 2005-e0001. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Alt 1 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items shall be provided with the quotation.
