The government intends to purchase maintenance subscription services for HighJump Software, specifically covering multiple software licenses previously acquired through a competitive award. These licenses include a variety of Loftware products, Crystal Reports editions, and several HighJump-related licenses such as SCA Warehouse Advantage and Terminal Device Licenses. The maintenance service is critical to supporting the Warehouse Management System (WMS) operating at the Sharpe Depot in French Camp, California. The WMS runs on nine Windows 2000 servers, and continuation of this maintenance ensures uninterrupted management of storage and material processing essential to the General Services Administration's mission. This Notice of Intent is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2007 funds and does not itself obligate funds or serve as a solicitation for proposals. HighJump Software is proprietary to 3M, and no alternative vendors are authorized to provide or resell the maintenance subscription. The software was previously procured through a competitive process aligned with the Sharpe Warehouse Consolidation project, where HighJump was deemed the most reasonable and acceptable option. All inquiries regarding the acquisition process are directed to the designated contracting officer, Holly Carr. The contract is managed by the General Services Administration's Office of Acquisition Operations in Washington, D.C., operating under the NAICS code 519190 for software maintenance services.
