This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items as prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NBQ060032 and is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-09. This is an unrestricted acquisition under NAICS 541513 for which the corresponding size standard is 23 million dollars. CLIN 0001 NC-1100-AG Netcontinuum Web Application Firewall device, Qty 4. CLIN 0002 NC-1000-C UPG NC-1100-AG Netcontinuum Upgrade NC-1100-AG, Qty 8 CLIN 0003 Support Contract for NC-1100-AG, Qty 4, Period of Performance (PoP) of June 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007. CLIN 0004 Support Contract for NC-1000-C UPG NC-1100-AG, Qty 6, PoP of October 5, 2005 through May 31, 2006 with an additional requirement for support from June 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007. CLIN 0005 Support Contract for NC-1000-C UPG NC-1100-AG, Qty 2, PoP of July 1, 2006 throught May 31, 2007. Contract clause 52.212-4, Contact Terms and conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the following addenda to the clause; FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition to include clauses 52.203-6, 52.219-4, 52.219-8, 52.219-23, 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.232-33.
