This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this action is 423430. This requirement is for the following items: Item 1 (4 each) Third Generation NetScreen 5000 8xGigE Secure Port Module (SPM) includes SX fiber transceivers; item 2 (4 each) Third Generation NetScreen 5000 8xGigE Secure Port Module (SPM) includes SX copper transceivers; item 3 (2 each) NS-5200 System, No SPM or MGT modules, includes Fan tray, Dual AC power supply, 19 Rack Mount, 0 VSYS; item 4 (2 each) NetScreen 5000 Management Module 3; item 5 (2 each) next day support for N5200 (all modules). Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Items shall be delivered to Fort Gillem, GA 30297. Contractor shall provide standard commercial packaging. Offerors shall propose firm fixed price that includes shipping. Exact delivery instructions will be provided with award. Offeror shall include a delivery schedule. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions. FAR 52.204-7 -- Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-4 -- Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7001 and 252.232-7003.
