This is a notice of intent to award using sole source procedures for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only announcement: proposals are not being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 4THO21040773 has been assigned to this requirement. This procurement is for the purchase of up to 1,275 Indigo Omega Infra-Red Cameras, P/N 412-0120-07. Indigo Systems Corporation has been approved as the sole source available for the procurement of these proprietary cameras. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
