The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to award a Sole Source Procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirement. ICE intends to purchase ProactiveNet Business Critical Maintenance and Support for the ICE Network Operations Center Wide-Area Network Monitoring from Emerald Coast Communications Group, Inc., P.O. Box 350, Neola, Utah 84053. This procurement will have a one-year base period of performance. This synopsis is for information purposes only. See Note No. 22.
