The U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) plans to award a sole-source contract to TeamInteractions for the acquisition of twelve licenses of the EnterPlicity Project Management System. This procurement is justified under the regulation allowing for sole-source contracts when only one responsible source exists that can satisfy the requirement. The contract will cover not only the licenses but also ongoing software use, including all upgrades, patches, necessary replacement hardware, and 24-hour technical support. Any alternative solution proposed must ensure compatibility with existing government equipment, maintain warranties on current government-owned assets, and support continuity of the EnterPlicity system. Interested vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent system are invited to submit a written interest and justification by a specified deadline. Responses will be evaluated to determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted, although the government reserves the right to proceed with the sole-source award regardless. Responses must be submitted by the designated date and sent to the contracting officer at the provided contact details. No reimbursement will be provided for costs incurred in responding to this solicitation. The contract falls under the NAICS code 541511, relevant to custom computer programming services, and is managed by the Department of Defense’s CECOM Contracting Center.
