Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Army Correction Command and The Army Review Board Agency, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to GriffComm, Inc., 1104 Kinsdale Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27615, The required PUMA system is compatible with the DCIS Advanced Digital Systems (ADS) body-worn audio, video surveillance recorders. It is designed and manufactured with the proprietary software that provides users a stand-alone download solution for digital evidence. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
