COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONShavlik Pro-Plus 5.9 and Technical Support (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written proposal (to include price quote for all CLINS) on RFQ reference number FA2517-07-T-6065. (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed Acquisition Circular 2005-02. (IV) This solicitation is a Small Disadvantaged Vetern Owned Small Business set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 443120 (Small Business Size Standard: $8 million). Part #SKPA-PP5XC-PPL; quantity, 2000 each. 0004 1 years of Tech Support Services Subscription for clinn 0003 part # SKTS-STD-SUB; quantity, 2000 each. All responsible businesses may submit a response which, if completed and received by the due date, will be considered by the agency.
