The Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation at Herndon, Virginia for the following items: SMART.neXt System Ids 84240385, Control Number MOO-SN-1 Qty 1 Each SMART.neXt System Ids 844779C5, Control Number MOO-SN-2 Qty 1 Each SMART System Ids 83D6CD3F, Control Number MOO-1PRIM Qty 1 Each SMART System Ids 83D6CE43, Control Number MOO-3SEC Qty 1 Each The authorization for this non-competitive award is FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required equipment. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals/quotes. No solicitation is available; therefore, request for such document will be considered invalid response. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
