NAICS Code: 334119, Place of Performance/FOB Robins AFB GA. 100% Small Business Set-Aside - NO PREFERENCE NAME BRAND OR EQUAL ONLY: ALTA Data Technologies JUSTIFICATION: The Alta Data ARINC 429/717 PMC Modules, Part Nr: PMC-A429-4-FR is required to support prototype development and testing of the MUX-3 unit. The PMC-A429 and particular the 4-FR variant, is the only module which satisfies the requirements for ARINC 717 functionality within the prototype unit including the following: PMC Interface, Single Width Two Programmable ARINC 717 Channel with Full Tx/Rx functionality On-Board temperature sensors for FPGA and ARINC transmitter safety monitoring. Self-Vertification of transmitted ARINC data words that doesn't interfere with Concurrent operation. Each ARINC channel bank on the PMC card shall support independent device Management to allow for independent ARINC channel bank applications to operate concurrently. The API must also support true independent processes for each ARINC channel bank without additional application management code, which would increase code complexity, overhead and instability. Each ARINC Channel is fully programmable for BPW, Start/Sync/Stop Bits, MSB/LSB, Rx/Tx Baud Rates (500-200K), Parity, Bit Encoding Types (419, 429, 573, 575 and 717).
