Full Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, 1 Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with National Instrument Corporation of 11500 N Mopac Expy Austin, TX 78759. The current Fort Devens Systems Integration Laboratory is composed of hardware components purchased from this Contractor. It is necessary that the same hardware be utilized for the new requirements to monitor more equipment and guest's equipment at the PM FSS Fort Devens Systems Integration Laboratory. The US Government has previously purchased equipment from National Instrument and the need for the same materials is crucial to the success of the program. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
