This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. This procurement is for additional office furniture and systems that are already in place. Half of the building is already furnished with the UNICOR Classic XXI product line. This procurement is to comoplete the other half and ensure that the entire system is interchangeable and interoperable. Said office furniture and systems that are already owned by the government are within an open area. Expansion of the same system is required.
