THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tampa, FL intends to award a sole source Fixed Price contract to a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Aviate Enterprise, 5834 Price Avenue Suite 104, McClellan, California. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for brand VARIDESK adjustable-height standing desks for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127 Veterans First Contracting Program.
