This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0967 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action will initiate a new supply agreement/contract to provide and install new anti-microbial shelving units for walk-in freezers and refrigerators conforming to the standards and parameters detailed in the statement of work attached. The shelving units will replace existing shelving units at end-of-life in the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC).
