Caltrans District 7 has approved an encroachment permit for Crimson Pipeline, LLC to conduct standard maintenance, inspection, and necessary repairs on an existing pipeline located within the Caltrans right-of-way along State Route 126 at post mile R14.07 in unincorporated Ventura County. The scope of work includes performing traffic control activities and excavating an area approximately 6 feet by 10 feet with a depth of 5 feet to expose the pipeline, assess anomalies, remove existing coating, and clean the pipeline surface.
