Full Description

Aera proposes to rework a total of one existing Oil and Gas well in the existing and heavily developed South Belridge Oil Field to continue oil and gas resource development. The project involves pulling the well, milling out casing damage, if encountered, then run and cement a scab liner (4.5" to 5.5") from ~625' to +/-20’. Run the liner deeper, if necessary, in order to isolate break through zone(s). Return the well to production. The proposed project consists of the California Department of Conservation, Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) approving one permit for Crimson Resource Management Corp. to rework the well listed below, in the Lost Hills Oil Field, to address well integrity issues.
