Full Description
The purpose of this amendment to is to extend the response due date from 16 Jun 2025, 2pm, EST to 19 June 2025, 2pm, EST. Respond to questions emailed by contractors, (these are not all questions received). See below. There are no additional changes to the solicitation and there are no changes to the Salient Characteristics other than to expand or clarify the descriptions and specifications.
Questions and responses: Is there a model number or any further specifications for what is needed? The conveyor oven shall be a commercial-grade, gas-fired, double-stack conveyor oven system designed for high-volume pizza and foodservice operations. The system shall consist of two complete conveyor ovens mounted on a heavy-duty stand with casters. Each oven shall be equipped with programmable digital controls, viewing windows for product monitoring, and an impingement-style air distribution system or equivalent technology capable of providing uniform baking performance. The oven package shall include take-off shelves, required installation accessories, and cleaning accessories necessary for normal operation and maintenance. Each oven shall provide a minimum heating capacity of 40,000 BTU and operate on 120V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical service. The unit shall be configured for natural gas operation. Each oven shall be equipped with a minimum 18-inch-wide reversible conveyor belt and allow front access for conveyor removal, cleaning, and maintenance. Conveyor direction shall be configurable to support right-to-left product flow. The oven system shall be capable of continuous conveyorized cooking suitable for pizza production and similar foodservice applications. The work surface shall be constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and include grommet openings for utility access. The counter shall include a full-length tray slide suitable for pizza service operations and integrated lighting to illuminate the serving area. The unit shall provide one heated food well and one heated shelf capable of maintaining food at safe serving temperatures. The counter base shall be constructed of stainless-steel framing with stainless-steel flooring and open shelving for storage. The unit shall include provisions for electrical wiring and receptacles connected to a centralized load center with final electrical connection performed during installation. The counter shall be supported on adjustable legs with feet and include a toe-kick enclosure. The serving area shall be protected by a fixed, non-adjustable sneeze guard assembly constructed of stainless-steel tubing and tempered safety glass. The sneeze guard shall span approximately 84 inches in length and shall include an integrated heat lamp system suitable for maintaining product temperature and presentation during service.
