75--Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician Letter with CE plus

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract to Therapeutic Research Center (TRC) to provide yearly subscriptions for Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician Letter's which are an educational training tool. TRC provides up to date, evidence based information in an easy to read, and understand format along with specific recommendations on what to do with the information. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician monthly letter benefits are: vetted treatment guidelines, med-guide finder, comparison charts, patient education resources and continuing education credits and tools. Each month the topics are the current medication questions pharmacy is facing daily, which increases patient safety for the Dwight David Eisenhower Medical Center at Fort Gordon, GA. Therapeutic Research Center is the sole provider of the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician letter. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511120. A determination not to compete this requirement was made pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13 and Commercial Procedures in FAR Part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. This award is for a single delivery period. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 0900 hrs,1 June, 2015, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
