This Solicitation is being issued as a request for quote; for one (1) year subscription service that provides online access to purchase Springer online access to electronic full text journals covering a wide range of topics in scientific and technical subjects applicable to the Redstone Arsenal Community. Offerors must comply with provision set forth in FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. NUMBER: W31P4Q15Q0048, NOUN: PURCHASE OF Subscriptions to Springer Online Journals (RSIC) CLOSING DATE: 18 May 2015, email contact@example.gov.
