Full Description

The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to award on a sole source basis under authority of (IAW FAR 13.106-1) to Thomas Telford LTD, One Great George Street, London, SW1P 3AA, United Kingdom as the only responsible source that can provide electronic access to Digital Library. Thomas Telford, Ltd is the sole publisher and licensor of these titles. This requirement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 511120 with Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will exist for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including price and sufficient documentation to determine capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to contact@example.gov with solicitation number referenced in the subject line no later than 12:00 PM CST on September 10, 2014.
