The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to Jane's Information Group Inc., 110 N Royal Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314-3274. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The ERDC Library has a requirement to use Jane's as a sole source to renew the ERDC subscription to Jane's journal titles. This is a multi-site subscription allowing all authorized ERDC users to have online access to this product. Jane's is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their journals. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to contact@example.gov with solicitation number referenced in subject line no later than 4:00 PM CST on March 25, 2011.
