76--SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE --- ASTM INTERNATIONAL

ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 for --- ASTM INTERNATIONAL 100 BARR HARBOR DR, WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA 19428-2951. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing or by email to the identified point of contact no later than Thursday, 10 MARCH 2011 - 8:00 A.M., CST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties must submit quotes for consideration by the Government to contact@example.gov. Please use solicitation number referenced in the subject line. 1. The Engineer Research and Development Center's (ERDC) Library has a need to renew its subscription to the ASTM Digital Library Complete. This will provide online access to all ASTM journal titles for ERDC users across all sites. 2. ASTM is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their journals.
