The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service, National Agricultural Library (NAL) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to the vendor: American Society of Agronomy, Inc., (ASA) located at 677 S. Segoe Road in Madison, Wisconsin for the purpose of electronic access via the internet to the American Society of Agronomy Journal package which shall including free access to ASA online Journal back files for the period of January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. The USDA can only gain electronic access to non-current back file issues of ASA journals through subscribing to the current electronic journals from ASA. Electronic access is proprietary and can only be granted by ASA . Anticipated Award date is December 15, 2010
