The Office of General Counsel (OGC) represents VA in legal proceedings involving a wide variety of legal implications. It is necessary to provide legal reference material for OGC attorneys and paralegals in hardcopy. The sets of books required by the law library cover both basic and advanced legal fields, and have been the basis of this library for twenty years. The contractor shall provide ongoing supplies for the OGC Law Library for West Publishing Co. books for FY 2009 with 4 option years.
