Full Description

It is the intent of the Government to acquire on a sole source basis from Forbes Organ Company under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; the requirement includes Quantum Q370 Allen Digital Organ consisting of 7 sets. Forbes Organ Company is the only known vendor whom could provide production, installation, voicing, and training of the equipment. Also, Forbes Organ Company is the only authorized dealer in the region that knows about the pipes. This notice of intent should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue formal Request For Proposals (RFPs) or contracts. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to this notice will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
