78--Notice of Intent to Sole Source

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source and not other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement; unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. 455EFSS/SVS requires two (2) Bundle - Anchor -TRX Force Training Zone pieces of exercise equipment. The Rock Island Contracting Center - Reach back intends to make an award to the following: Fitness Anywhere, LLC 755 Sansome Street, 6th Floor San Francisco, CA 94111-1709 Interested parties may email contact@example.gov no later than 14 September2012 @,2:00 PM CST. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to 14 September2012 @ 2 PM CST. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
