789 Old County Road Project

The 789 Old County Road Project, managed by the City of San Carlos Planning Division in San Mateo County, involves the construction of two office and research and development buildings and a supporting parking structure. The first building is a 5-story structure totaling 179,665 square feet with a maximum height of 85 feet, while the second is a 4-story building totaling 146,983 square feet with a maximum height of 69 feet. Parking will be provided in a separate 8-level above-ground structure reaching 71.5 feet. Additional project components include tenant amenities and improvements to adjacent streets and streetscapes.
