Full Description

This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to AF&S Products and Services for the purchase of scrubbers and associated supply items. Scrubbers include S28 and S20 orbital, as well as S28 and S20 disc. Estimated value of this acquisition is ~$100k. Estimated award date is on or before May 3, 2021. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Information available to the Contracting Officer indicates that AF&S is authorized to provide the required items. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency for future procurements but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be in writing, sent via email. Responses must be received no later than 12:00pm EST, May 3, 2021.
