NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 5), Martinsburg VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Avenue, WV, 25405 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source award IAW RFO FAR 6.103-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements per 41 U.S.C §3304(a)(1) or 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
This requirement is to procure Unison 4Cast Software Subscription, a strategic fiscal management program. Period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-months base period with four 12-months option period owned and developed by Unison Software, Inc. Unison Software Inc (Unison) is the sole owner and software developer of 4Cast software. Unison 4Cast software is proprietary software and Unison has no authorized agents or resellers. 4Cast software must be purchased directly from Unison. 4Cast Software Subscription is currently being used in Martinsburg VA Medical Center to standardize budget systems that will specifically be designed to integrate and analyze data from all financial systems currently used by VHA. The place of performance is Martinsburg VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, WV 25405. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The intended Contractor is Unison Software, Inc., located at 8444 Westpark DR STE 920 Mclean, Virginia 22102 United States.
