THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS   Lebanon VA Medical Center  This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide a Web-Based VISTA/CPRS Integrated Solution for Oncology. This equipment requirement is for the Lebanon VA Medical Center in support of their multiple clinics, located in Lebanon, PA 17042. The full solicitation may be posted to the NASA SEWP at www.sewp.nasa.gov on or about May 8th, 2026. 
The full solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services; the size standard is $34.0M.  Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site.  Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.  All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at joanne.skaff@va.gov.
