This solicitation is issued as a Brand Name or Equal Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 03-13-2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to award a fixed price contract, for Audio/Visual integration, equipment, and installation services for the Bay Pines VAMC Conference Room; Bay Pines, Florida; Building 22, Room 405.


The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 and Updated the FAC date, size standard is $25.5M Set-Aside Requirement: 100% Service-Disabled Small Business Set-aside, The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made using a comparative analysis using evaluation factors. In compliance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract, and registration must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. SITE VISIT: A site visit is highly encouraged by not mandatory. Vendors have three (5) days after the RFQ is posted to submit a request for site visit. All requests need to be in email to colleen.houser@va.gov

All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted after the site visit, in writing and sent by e‐mail to colleen.houser@va.gov Submitted questions must be received no later than Wednesday, 08/28/2026 by 12:00 PM Eastern. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.


*QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offers are due on/or before Wednesday, 09/02/2026 by 2:00 PMEastern. Quotes shall be sent by e‐mail “only” to the Contracting Officer (Colleen Houser) atcolleen.houser@va.gov.
